Course Overview:
BSAD 346 – Modern Project Management
This course provides a practical introduction to managerial and technical skills required to plan and execute projects successfully. Students explore projects’ strategic, process, structural, and cultural roles in modern organizations. Technical topics include predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile) project management approaches, planning, requirements, scope, WBS, network diagrams, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
