VISIT AND TOUR CAMPUS
See us to believe us.
In an effort promote healthy social distancing for our campus community as well as guests and inquiring students, Rockford University has made the decision to suspend on-campus visits and to offer virtual visits for our guests. We look forward to personalizing your virtual visit, and to sharing with you all the reasons that Rockford University may be the best college choice for you!
By now, you may have read a little (or a lot) about us, seen some images of our campus, and also maybe heard from a few current students or alums about their experiences here on our campus.
We’d love to show and tell you more—in fact, we believe the best way to get to know us and our solid opportunities is to visit our departments, classrooms, athletic facilities, library, performing and visual arts venues, food and recreation centers, and beautiful pathways within our park-like, 150-acre campus. If you haven’t seen our campus, you’re missing out.
We tailor each visit to you and your interests. Let us know if you’d like to tour campus, have lunch, attend a class, meet with a faculty member or coach, chat with financial aid, stay overnight in a residence hall, or attend a performing arts or athletic event. To schedule a personal visit, please contact the Office of Admission at 815-226-4050. Or you can schedule a visit right now >>
Attend one of our annual Future Regent Visit Days during the fall and winter months. These days are ‘can’t miss’ events! Of course, you’ll enjoy the basics with an admission presentation, campus tour, lunch, and time with financial aid and coaches. But, each Future Regent Visit Day has a few extras such as meeting professors, experiments, fun themes, and/or a different approach to the campus tour (scavenger hunt, anyone?). Join us!
You’ve been admitted, now it’s time to start narrowing down your options. Join us for a special day designed to give you an inside look at what it’s like to be a student at Rockford University. You’ll experience an interactive class with a RU professor, customize your day with fun from different parts of campus life, and enjoy as show stopping lunch, modeled off one of our most popular Student Activities events. Sign up for your personalized schedule today!
Congratulations on your admission to Rockford University! We can’t wait to share more about the student experience with you and we hope that your friends and family will join you as well. Two important things are happening during Regent Experience Days.
– This day will prepare you for your future at Rockford University. You’ll find your place in the campus community, get to know resources available to our students, and you’ll get real life advice about entering college.
– You can register for classes! You’ll meet with an academic advisor and select your schedule for your first semester at RU. To register for classes, students must have paid their tuition deposit. If you aren’t ready to deposit yet, that ok, you can still attend and skip this step.
