Rockford University and Rockford Sexual Assault Counseling collaborate for a capstone event in recognition of April’s Sexual Assault Awareness Month.  This is a community and campus event-everyone welcomed.  The Walk. Talk. Act. for Survivors is aimed to help survivors speak out, bystanders to speak up, and everyone to Take Back the Night flyer_Communitytack action to address this community and societal problem called-Sexual violence in its many forms.  Please visit our website for volunteer and participant information. In recognition of April being sexual assault awareness month (SAAM), several events have been planned and Campus and Community Partners have joined together in collaboration or as individual sponsor to raise awareness of acts of sexual violence and gender-based rights.
