This week is Health and Fitness week for Rock Solid Healthy Lifestyle! Come to the quad between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28 to Get Lit for Fitness! There will be a series of stations and activities available to illustrate different ways that students can get fit. Each student has the opportunity to complete the stations, and you can even choose to compete against others. Those with the best times and records for each station will receive prizes. We will also have music and yard games available if students want to just come hang out! Students can come and go all day. It’s a great way to learn about fitness and have some fun while we’re at it.
