Rockford University invites applications for part-time instructors of beginning and intermediate Spanish language in the Department of Languages, Philosophy, Religion, and Cultures to begin in Fall 2026. Other opportunities may include teaching Literature and Hispanic culture classes. We seek qualified instructors for a pool of part-time instructors to be called on when future staffing needs arise.

Requirements: Ph.D., A.B.D., or Master’s in Spanish, Hispanic Studies, or related area. Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. Preference will also be given to those with relevant teaching experience in higher education.
