The Registrar’s Office provides the class schedule for the college and is responsible for the administration of faculty policies on degree requirements, eligibility of Dean’s List and Distinguished Scholars, graduation verification and determination of honors, evaluation of transfer credits, establishment of student academic files, assignment of academic advisors, processing grades, maintenance of balance sheets to monitor student progress, degree/enrollment verifications and processing transcript requests. Transcripts Transcripts, enrollment and degree verification are handled through the Registrar's Office. All requests must be in writing with your signature. Mail or fax the completed form to the address listed below. Faxed requests must include credit card information.
