Dr. Debra Dew prepares K-12, secondary, and middle grades teacher candidates. She teaches the capstone class and the student teaching seminar. In addition, she is the Director of the Library of Congress Teaching with Primary Sources program at Rockford University. Dr. Dew received her BMUS from West Virginia University, her MS from Salisbury State University, and her Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. She has extensive prior experience as a K-12 music teacher in the Maryland Public Schools.
