Sodexo and the Office of Global Affairs have teamed up for a very special Global Taste on October 24 in the cafeteria from 11:30-1.

Sodexo is bringing a sushi expert to campus who will make 1000 pieces of sushi which will be served in the cafeteria during the lunch hour.

Our two students from Japan will be on hand to demonstrate sushi making and will teach students, faculty and staff how to make their own sushi.
