The MCM Podcast has returned with a new episode! During this season, we will be discussing with influential guests on how we can all develop into confident leaders – building on the 2025 MCM theme: Building a confident leader.

In this episode, Sophomore Education Major, and Regents First Peer Mentor, Leo Bautista, interviews Maurice West, the State Representative for the 67th district of Illinois.

Our goal is to foster confidence, empower our participants’ voices, and enhance their leadership and communication skills. We will achieve this by interviewing influential leaders from across the nation, delving into their past, present, and future. Our aim is to learn about their personal journeys and hear their thoughts on how we can develop confident leaders.
