What is a Study Buddy?

The school year is in full swing! For some, this year marks the beginning of their college years – arguably some of the best years of life – while others are ending their collegiate journey. Whether your student is coming or going it is an emotional and exciting time.

In the past, the Alumni office has offered loved ones the opportunity to purchase care packages, or as we call them, Study Buddies, to offer encouragement during finals. Finals week is December 11-15, 2017.

The boxes are complete with delicious treats and study tools that will help your university student relieve stress during late night studying. Sending a Study Buddy to your student(s) lets them know you are thinking of them, and introduces them to the Alumni Association that they will someday be part of. We can’t wait to welcome them!

If you want to include a personal message pleases enclose it with your order, write it on the order form, or include in the online comment field and we will transcribe it on a nice note card.

Study Buddies are delivered the week before finals and will contain items such as:
