815 Elevate: The Leadership Series

Empowering Leaders. Elevating Potential.

815 Elevate – The Leadership Series is a monthly workshop program designed to empower emerging and experienced leaders in the Rockford region. Hosted by Rockford University, each session blends practical tools with strategic insights, covering topics from financial literacy and Excel competency to conflict resolution and AI integration. With expert facilitators and engaging formats, the series fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation. Participants gain hands-on experience, build professional networks, and earn certificates in technical or soft skills.

Participants can choose to attend any number of workshops. However, to be eligible for a certificate, participants must complete four workshops in either Track 1 (Soft Skills Certificate) or Track 2 (Technical Skills Certificate); the schedule is linked below. Venue: PURI School of Business at Rockford University, 5100 E State Street, Rockford, IL 61108.

Date: Third Tuesday of the month between September 2025 and August 2026. The months of November 2025 and March 2026 are scheduled as follow-ups to the 2025 Business Summit on Workforce Ecosystem and are free to attend.

Time: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Cost: $129 per workshop (covers all costs, including coffee & light snacks). Participants registering for three workshops can register for the fourth one for free**. If you want to register your group (of 3 or more), or work for a non-profit contact cpel@rockford.edu for discounts available.
