Toni is an experienced project management and operations professional with 7 years in higher education and over a decade in healthcare. She excels in optimizing processes, leading cross-functional teams, and executing complex initiatives. Toni enhances operations through financial management, system implementation, and staff development while contributing to the development of goals and objectives for the Puri School of Business. She also recommends and implements methods to improve efficiency and provides academic advising, internship, and career counseling to support students in achieving their academic and career goals. She is an adjunct professor in our RU Online program teaching courses in Leadership and Organizational Communication. Toni holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Master of Education in Pedagogical Practices, equipping her to drive organizational growth through strategic planning and process optimization.
