About/Bio
Dr. Ahmed El Ouadrhiri is a Professor of Computer Science at Rockford University within the Department of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics.

He received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Fez, Morocco, in 2017. From 2017 to 2018, he worked as a Research Assistant at Alfaisal University (remotely), Riyad, Saudi Arabia.

From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a Technical Project Manager at Carta Worldwide, Casablanca, Morocco.
In 2021, he joined the University of Houston as a Postdoctoral Fellow, where he worked in the research areas of wireless systems, cyber-physical systems, machine learning, and security.

He received the first prize in the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Beyond 5G SDR University Challenge 2022, USA. From 2022 to 2023, he worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Application Security and Adjunct faculty at the University of Dayton, Ohio.

His research interests include cybersecurity, federated learning, deep learning, differential privacy, networks, and systems.
