Viktoriia Dobriak is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Computer Science at Rockford University, housed within the Department of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics. She joined the faculty in the Spring semester of 2023.

Dr. Dobriak earned her Ph.D. in Information Technologies from the National Aerospace University – KhAI in Ukraine. From 2010 to 2018, she served as a Lecturer at KhAI, teaching both undergraduate and graduate-level courses.

Her areas of teaching expertise include:
• Database Development (Access, MySQL)
• Statistics and Data Analysis (Excel, SPSS, R Studio, Weka)
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Numerical Methods in Programming
• Introduction to Programming (C++, Python)
• Web Development (HTML&CSS)
• Data Mining and Visualization
• Calculus, College Algebra, and General Education Math
In 2016, Dr. C was honored as "The Best Young Scientifically-Pedagogical Worker" of the Outstanding Achievement Award Icarus-2016 at the National Aerospace University.
In addition to her academic career, Dr. Dobriak worked as a Data Scientist at EPAM Systems and as a Data Analyst at NPD Group. She also volunteered as a Local Technical Expert in Psychometrics under a USAID initiative in 2018.
