The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m., promptly. We kindly ask that all guests be seated no later than 9:45 a.m. with their phones and devices silenced. Once the procession begins, guests will no longer be allowed to enter the theater until the procession ends.
UNFORESEEN DISRUPTION NOTICE:
If you experience an unforeseen disruption during the ceremony, we kindly ask you to leave and head to the Coronado’s lobby. There is a TV in the lobby that will be live-streaming the entire program for you to view there. Once the disruption has ended, you may quietly re-enter the ceremony. We thank you for your cooperation.
For Guests with Disabilities:
Wheelchairs-
Wheelchairs are not provided at the Commencement ceremony and must be brought by the guests. If you or a guest requires a special seat, please let your graduate know so they can indicate this when they request tickets for the ceremony. If this is determined after your graduate has requested tickets, please have them e-mail graduation@rockford.edu as soon as possible.
