Now shamed and debt-ridden\, they flee to provincial Lichfield. They decide the only way to recover their wealth is to marry for money. They take rooms at the local inn posing as master and servant. While in town they encounter the young\, beautiful\, wealthy\, and perceptive Dorinda and Mrs. Sullen. Will the Beaux\, Aimwell\, and Archer\, succeed in their stratagem? The play is presented by special arrangement with SAMUEL FRENCH\, INC. Mr. Sundstedt appears through the courtesy of Actors’ Equity Association\, the Union of Professional Actors and Stage Managers. Following the presentation there will be a celebratory reception in the lobby of Clark Arts in honor of the entire Brown Bag Series and its presenters.
