DESCRIPTION:Rockford Promise cordially invites you to Raise the Roof 2019! \nThis year’s Annual party will be held on Rockford University’s campus. \nThe overwhelming support of last year’s event contributed toward funding 31 full-tuition scholarships for this year’s Promise class.
