Rockford University’s scheduling department will assist you with room selections and reservations, room layouts and setups, and audio/visual needs. To reserve a location please submit a request through Mazevo.

Here are some helpful tips on how to use Mazevo.

When making your request, please include the following information for prompt service. The more detailed your request, the better we are able to serve.

1. Description of request
2. Date and time for request
3. Location including building and room
4. Remember to include any AV or room set up needs

How to submit Mazevo request to ensure proper event execution:

Please add all required resources for events. See examples below:

1. From IT: microphones, screens, TVs, projector
2. From Facilities: tables, chairs, podiums, stage
3. From Security: Unlocking/locking rooms, event monitoring 
4. From Food Services: linens, catering needs

Planning Your wedding...

Rockford University offers spaces for both your ceremony and reception. Our indoor ceremony space located in Fisher Chapel provides the perfect intimate setting with seating around the room, a piano, and organ. Our outdoor ceremony space is located in the rolling hills in the middle of campus providing scenic photos. Regents Hall is our reception space located on the second floor of Burpee with windows around the room featuring gorgeous views of campus and plenty of space for your large party. Needing space for your camp, conference, etc…

Rockford University offers a wide variety of spaces from classrooms to dorm rooms and more! We host camps like Phantom Regiment and Rural Health and work with groups like Rockford Promise and National Safety Council and you could be next. All of our rooms are equipped with easy to use new technology and our exclusive caterer can provide you with the food of your choosing.
