The Puri School of Business at Rockford University is seeking qualified candidates for a fulltime, tenure-track position in Business beginning Fall 2018. Our programs include traditional and accelerated Bachelor and MBA programs. The successful candidate will have a primary teaching responsibility in general business among our day and evening classes. The normal teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester.

Preference will be given to candidates with the appropriate terminal degree (e.g. Ph.D., DBA, ABD), or a Graduate degree in Business, or an MBA with academic and professional qualifications to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in business including small businesses, entrepreneurship, business technology, grant writing for businesses, information technology, and related fields of business.
We are looking for candidates with outstanding teaching skills, interest in advising traditional and non-traditional students from globally diverse populations. The ideal candidate will be willing to direct internships, and willing to become actively involved in the Rockford area community. If you have the ability to teach graduate and undergraduate courses, have an interest in online teaching, and would like to explore the opportunity to write and publish in professional or academic journals, you are encouraged to apply.
