Life Forms
The housing preference form only needs to be filled out by students who will be new to the Rockford College residence halls at the start of the fall 08 semester.
New students must complete all three forms and send in their $100 housing deposit to SAS in order to be placed in housing for the fall semester.
Current students need to complete the housing and meal plan contract before they can be placed.
