Adjunct Clinical Instructors, Nursing Program

Rockford University seeks to fill a number of adjunct clinical nursing instructor positions due to program expansion in the following courses Fundamentals of Contemporary Nursing Practice, Adult Health I, Adult Health II, and Community Health.
In this position the clinical adjunct instructor will work closely with course faculty to supervise clinical course experiences and simulation/skills lab experiences with assigned student groups at the baccalaureate level. The clinical adjunct instructor will assign experiences appropriate to the course and level of the student and will provide the student with learning opportunities and regular feedback to support success including evaluation of students using the required format for the course.
Illinois licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse required. MS(N) or higher with clinical experience in the applicable or applied for area of Nursing. Experience with integration of clinical skills/simulation into clinical teaching preferred as well as a passion for teaching and student interaction.
