The importance of investing in superior customer service training focus of workshop

Rockford, Ill. – The Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence at Rockford College will be offering a customer service workshop on Thursday, June 30 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in room 122 of the 5100 Building located on the Rockford College campus at 5050 East State Street, Rockford.

The workshop will be presented by Randa Noble, an independent public speaker, staff trainer, and not-for-profit board trainer. Nobel has extensive nonprofit experience, most recently as the Director of Development at the Rockford Rescue Mission. She has developed and presented numerous training workshops with topics including customer service, networking, and fundraising.

Participants will learn about the importance of first impressions, the ramifications of bad service, thinking outside the box, and much more. Lunch from Mary’s Market is included with your registration fee of $40. Deadline for registration is June 13.
