Rockford, Ill. – The Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence (NICNE) at Rockford College will present: "Seven Steps to Leadership Transition Planning” workshop. The workshop is presented by Richard M. King, President & CEO of Kittleman & Associates LLC and is targeted at Nonprofit Executive Directors and Board Chairs.
According to research by CompassPoint Nonprofit Services over 70% of nonprofit executives could retire in the next five years. This possibility makes leadership transition planning one of the most important issues facing nonprofits today. Workshop attendees will leave with valuable tools and learning to help them create a comprehensive, detailed and customized leadership transition plan for their nonprofit organization.
