Rockford, Ill. – On Wednesday, May 4, at 4:00p.m., Rockford College will celebrate Honors Day Convocation in Fisher Memorial Chapel. Fisher Chapel is accessible.
Honors Day Convocation provides the Rockford College community an opportunity to recognize the extraordinary academic and co-curricular achievements of its students and faculty.
The Honors Day Convocation celebration begins with award presentations within academic divisions followed by athletic and college-wide awards. Then two awards are presented that recognize excellence in teaching by a full-time member of the faculty and an adjunct faculty member.
There is a reception following the program in the narthex of Fisher Chapel. The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are required. For more information, contact the Rockford College Box Office at 815-226-4100.
