Artists' Ensemble's 'Moon Over Brewery' opens Friday

Artists’ Ensemble’s "Moon Over the Brewery” will open Friday at Rockford College’s Cheek Theatre, 5050 E. State St.
Miriam is a stressed single mom who waits tables by day and paints by night while raising her daughter, Amanda, who has a genius IQ and an imaginary friend. Then there is Warren, the shy mailman who just might be the guy both Amanda and her lonely mother really need.
Performance times are 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3 and 17; 4 and 8 p.m. Dec. 4, 11 and 18; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, 12 and 19. Tickets are $28, $26 for seniors and $10 for students. Call 815-904-2277 or visit artistsensemble.org.
