Senior art students at RC exhibit their work

Senior art students at Rockford College are exhibiting their work in the college’s Art Department Senior Show, April 9 – 25 in the college’s art gallery located in the Clark Arts Center.
There will be a reception on opening night from 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
The exhibition features the work of graduating Rockford College art majors and is a culmination of their search to develop an individual voice and direction in their artwork. Those students include Danielle Barzditis, Christopher Brockman, Caitlin Edwards, Lara Haiman, David Kirk, Edward Kirk, Kristy Luck, Nicole Strautz, Tracy Triplett, and Mayra Yanez.
Gallery hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays, noon – 3 p.m.; Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. The gallery is closed Sundays and Mondays. For more information, call the Rockford College box office, phone 815-226-4100.
