Taste global cuisine at Rockford College

International students at Rockford College will cook 22 native dishes for students and visitors to sample in the college’s Burpee Center, 5050 E. State St., Rockford, at 6 p.m. Saturday.

The theme of this year’s event, which is sponsored by the college’s Multicultural Club, is "Culinary Passport Around the World.” Cost is $12, $10 in advance, $4 for students and children. For more information: 815-226-4100.
