An upcoming course from the Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence (NICNE) at Rockford College will focus on strategic thinking and planning for business. The course, "Establish Your Path for Success” will be held Thursdays, March 4 – 25 from 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Rockford Park District offices, 401 S. Main St., Rockford.
Topics include planning and planning methods, strategies for implementation, and mechanisms to monitor and assure progress. Instructor is Angela Gibbs.
