ROCKFORD, Ill. – After two consecutive wins, the Rockford College men’s basketball team suffered a disappointing 75-59 loss to visiting Aurora University on Saturday at the Seaver Center. Rockford fell behind early and never managed to mount a sustained attack to get back into the game.
Junior guard Taylor Stinson (Schiller Park, Ill./ East Leyden) led the Regents with 25 points off the bench, including 7-13 from beyond the arc. Randon Williams (Chicago, Ill./ Westinghouse) added 10 points and grabbed a game-high nine rebounds.
The Regents will host the Concordia University Wisconsin Falcons on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Seaver Center.
