Eight Regents make list

Despite winning just one game this season, the Rockford College football team placed eight players on the Northern Athletics Conference all-conference list.
 

Freshman DB Jeremiah Montgomery was named to the first team as a punt/kickoff returner after leading the NAC with an average of 19.1 yards per kickoff return.

Junior captain Jason Hosey was named to the second team, and five more players received honorable mention: Kenny McNeal (senior running back); Luke Clausen (junior defensive lineman); Chris Scott (junior defensive lineman); Brent Alexander (junior linebacker); and Josh Ross (junior linebacker). Sophomore Nathan Kilburn was named to the NAC All-Sportsmanship Team.
