Get in the holiday spirit with Rockford College concerts

Rockford College, 5050 E. State St., is hosting the following holiday concerts this week:
 

A fundraiser concert for the Salvation Army is from 7 to 11 p.m. today in Regents Hall. Performers include The Thought Feeling I Am, Vince Chiarelli, and the Viking Portables, a group mostly made up of Rockford College professors. Cost is $5, free for children younger than 13 who attend with an adult. Donations of nonperishable food items will be accepted as well.

Choral Christmas Concert, 2 p.m. Sunday, Maddox Theatre, featuring several college choral groups. Admission is free.

The Moeller Duo, featuring a classical guitar and cello-playing husband and wife team, will perform at 3 p.m. Sunday in Fisher Chapel. The concert, "From Baroque to Blues,” is free. The Music Academy of Rockford College presents the show.
