RC’s Klein presents paper at sports conference

Shawn Klein, philosophy instructor at Rockford College, recently presented a paper at the International Association for the Philosophy of Sport in Seattle entitled “Losing and YouTube: Does the Broadcast of Defeat Humiliate?”  Klein’s paper considers whether the broadcasting of a defeat in sports contributes to, or even creates, morally problematic humiliation for the losing side.
