Regents set to run

The Rockford College cross country team is hoping to finish strong, starting in Saturday’s Northern Athletics Conference championships in Mequon, Wis. Regionals will be held Nov. 14 in Winneconne, Wis.
Rockford, Concordia Wisconsin and Edgewood are expected to battle for the title.
“I expect a top-three finish. It should be close between all three of these teams,” Regent head coach Roger Frederickson said. “It should be a good race. We’re pretty solid and well balanced, and we’ll see what we can do.”
Senior Matt Lindgren and junior Seth Lagerhausen have been the top two runners for the Regents.
