Speaker at RC to discuss school finance reform

Joshua Hall, assistant professor of economics at Beloit College, will present the talk “The Dilemma of School Finance Reform, October 13, 6 p.m. in the Fisher Chapel at Rockford College.
Hall is considered an expert on school finance reform. His articles have appeared in such publications as the Journal of Social, Political, and Economic Studies, the Journal of Economics and Politics, and The Independent Review.
The talk is free and open to the public, though a ticket is required. Tickets can be secured through the Rockford College box office, phone 815-226-4100.
