Three employees at Rockford College were named employees of the month during the summer. They included Cassie Swanson, director of marketing and special events, for June; Matt Phillips, associate vice president of operations for July; and Matt Flamm, assistant professor of philosophy and division dean of arts and humanities, August. The employee of the month program is sponsored by the college’s CARE Committee, which reviews nominations from faculty and staff.
