Junior Matt Lindgren (Oak Forest, IL/ Oak Forest), the Rockford College school record holder and defending conference champion at 800 meters, won the 800-meter race in 2:00.46. 

 

Freshman Bobby Tassone (Sandwich, IL/ Sandwich) broke his own school record of 25.01 in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.74. 

 

In the Mile Run, Victor Reyes (Winthrop Harbor, IL/ Benton Harbor), Seth Lagerhausen (Mesa, AZ/ Dobson), and Randy Ebert (Belvidere, IL/ Marengo) all ran personal bests with times of 4:38.14, 4:44..05, and 4:55.87 respectively. 

 

Running personal bests in the 3,000 Meter race were Tyler Mendenhall (Prophetstown, IL/ Prophetstown) and David Gray (Erie, IL/ Erie) with respective times of 9:48.50 and 10:33.19.   

 

Lagerhausen came back in the 800 Meters and ran his second personal best with a time of 2:08.17 with teammate Jeff Orlowski (Ottawa, IL/ Ottawa) also running an 800 personal best in 2:16.36.
