Speaker to talk about post-Katrina entrepreneurs

Emily Chamlee-Wright, a professor of economics at Beloit College, will discuss “Entrepreneurship in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina” in a talk at Rockford College Nov. 5, 3 p.m. in Scarborough Hall room 4.
Chamlee-Wright has conducted research in development and cultural economics, and writes and teaches about indigenous markets in sub-Saharan Africa. She is the author of “The Cultural Foundations of Economic Development” and co-author of “Culture and Enterprise.”
