Howard, former RC president presents talk available online

Former Rockford College president John Howard presents a talk available live online (www.Heritage.org) Tues., Oct. 21 at 11 a.m. 

Howard’s talk, “Christianity: Lifeblood of America’s Free Society” is based on his book by the same title, and will be given at a luncheon in the Heritage Foundation’s Lehrman Auditorium in Washington, D.C.  

Howard served as president of Rockford College for 17 years and was also president of the American Association of Presidents of Independent Colleges and Universities for three years.  Currently, he is senior fellow at the Howard Center on Family, Religion, and Society.
