If you are still undecided about college for this fall, Rockford College is right in your backyard.

Classes begin August 20, and school officials say there are still openings in most classes, and that scholarships are still available in addition to financial aid if you are qualified.

Rockford College is considered one of the top four-year liberal arts colleges in the region with more than 70 majors, minors, and specialties to choose from.  It was picked as a “Best In the Midwest” college by the Princeton Review, which also named the school one of its prestigious “Colleges with a Conscience.”

The college has more than 25 clubs and organizations, and many students use these as a social outlet as well as an opportunity to give back to the community through various community-based projects.

Prospective students can learn more about the college at “Regent Wednesdays,” a chance to meet with an admission counselor, tour the campus, and talk with current students.  Call the admission office at 815-226-4050 to make an appointment, or see www.rockford.edu.
