Rockford College will host "The Way of the World” by William Congreve this fall from November 15 – 18, 2012. The play will be held from Thursday – Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the Clark Arts Center, Maddox Theatre at Rockford College located at 5050 East State Street, Rockford. Featuring Artists' Ensemble’s Steve F. Vrtol 79’ in the role of Sir Willful Witwoud, a country squire come to town, The Way of the World tells a complex comedic tale woven in the universal and timeless truths of relationships complicated by money, hypocrisy, greed and morality. A timeless treasure first performed in England in 1700, you’ll find yourself amused by how little the human condition has changed over the past three centuries. This play is directed by Assistant Professor of Performing Arts Deborah Mogford.
