Third annual Regents Ball to benefit student scholarships

Rockford, Ill., - The third annual Rockford College Regents Ball will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the Rockford College Burpee Center, 5050 East State Street, Rockford, Ill.
The College provides more than $7 million of institutional aid each year to its students. The affordability of education is one of the most a pressing issues in higher education. Rockford College is proud of the educational opportunities it provides and works tirelessly to preserve and increase the value of that education in the face of rising costs. The continued support and growth of the College’s scholarship programs are critical to students ‘continued success and is why the proceeds from this year’s event will benefit students directly.
Also included in the black-tie event is a live auction hosted by Paul Logli, 50/50 raffle and dinner and dancing to the music of Harlan Jefferson and his band.
