Confidentiality Statement

Lang Health and Wellness Center respects and preserves the privacy and confidentiality of all patient and client communications. All visits are confidential. Information cannot be released without your written consent. Information, whether written, spoken, recorded electronically or printed will receive the same level of protection.

As nurses and counselors, we are health professionals that are required, by law to report any suspected child abuse or neglect. In addition to the required mandated report status, the issue of confidentiality may be waived in situations where danger to self or others is imminent.
