Welcome
to Rockford College Athletics! We are happy to have
you join the Regents. Our Athletics Mission Statement
is: Preparing students for a life of leadership
and service through the pursuit of excellence in academics
and athletics.
Before the
fun begins, there are a few forms that must be completed
and turned in to the Lang Health Center and the Athletic
Trainer. These items include: Immunizations, Primary
Insurance Coverage, Annual Physical Exam, Health History
and Emergency Contact Card. There are a few other
things you should know as well, such as, what happens
if you do get injured and how is it handled at Rockford
College.
