CO-Curricular Eligibility Policy
Any student who is placed on continued academic probation by action
of the Academic Standards Committee will not represent Rockford
College in any event that is within the public arena. Additional
limitations will be placed on activities that require large amounts
of time or represent the student body within the College.
Students on continued academic probation will have the following
limitations placed on their involvement in CO-curricular activities
at Rockford College:
• The student on continued academic probation will not be
eligible to participate in Intercollegiate Athletics.
• The student on continued academic probation will not be
eligible to serve as an editor or manager of the student newspaper.
• The student on continued academic probation will not be
eligible to participate in departmental sponsored performing arts
productions.
• The student on continued academic probation will not be
eligible to serve as an officer or a representative of the Rockford
College Student Government.
• The student on continued academic probation will not be
eligible to represent the Rockford College student body on any campus
committee.
• The student on continued academic probation will not be
eligible to serve as an officer of any Rockford College club or
organization without prior approval of the Chief Student Life Officer and the student's academic advisor.
