How to Receive Post–9/11 and Yellow Ribbon Program Benefits at Rockford College
  1. Apply for your benefits through the Veterans Administration (VA). Information can be found on the VA Web site: www.va.gov, or by calling the VA at 1-888-GI-BILL-1.

  2. Submit your certificate of eligibility to Rockford College’s certifying official.

  3. Apply for admission to Rockford College

Acceptance into the Yellow Ribbon Program will be on a first-come, first-served basis. First-come is defined as a student who has completed all admission requirements, as well as submitted all documents regarding eligibility for the Post–9/11 and Yellow Ribbon Programs.
