Our laboratory facilities are well-equipped offering undergraduate students the opportunity to work with a wide array of instrumentation. Microscopes, UV-Visible, Fourier-Transform infrared, and nuclear magnetic resonance, atomic absorption, diode array spectrometers, HPLC and GC chromatographic instrumentation, an electrochemical analyzer, and a pulsed-nitrogen laser for studies of chemical dynamics to name just a few.
In partnership with Marsili Consulting Group, Gerstel Inc. and Leco Group, Rockford College has established a top-notch instrumentation laboratory that provides a strong link to cutting-edge technology within the field of biology. |
