Free food and prizes at the Black History Month Music Festival

Rockford, Ill. - Rockford College, along with Rock Valley College, will host a Black History Month Music Festival on February 13 at two different times. Harlan Jefferson will first play at the Rock Valley College Atrium starting at 12:30 p.m. until 2 p.m. At 7 p.m. Mr. Carl Cole, Betty Pumphrey and the Christianaires of Beloit, and Harlan Jefferson will play at Maddox Theatre located on the Rockford College Campus, 5050 East State Street, Rockford. Rockford College is a four-year, co-educational institution founded in 1847 offering undergraduate and graduate degrees in traditional liberal arts and professional fields.
