We tend to think of cultural adaptation in a narrower context of communication across national boundaries. But the kind of cultural adaptation that leaders need in today’s more complex world goes beyond physical borders. Issues such as cultural adaptation across language, generations, professional disciplines, knowledge bases, regions, plant locations and even departments can threaten the health of a team and increase leadership challenges. This seminar deals with identifying all the ways that culture changes and how to adapt, learn and lead with a complex variety of variables.
