Using both classic motivational theory and real world examples, this seminar deals with motivating and engaging employees so the organization has the best talent at its fingertips is one of the most challenging and critical jobs of a leader. Establishing a receptive environment, leaders must be in regular communication with their employees. Leaders must also assess performance and work with the employee to affirm solid career expectations. Most importantly, leaders must communicate that employees are valued and appreciated so as to prevent their most talented people from becoming flight risks.
