Participants will be introduced to the concepts of time management including prioritization, allowance for external factors beyond our control and the specific deliberate planning that is part of visioning and making specific goals a reality. Classroom discussions will engage the decision making skills of participants with their colleagues and assess their own time management style and the positive and/or negative effects it can have on leading their teams.
